Edge Mentality works with coaches and leaders in person (if local) or via Zoom. We have experience with executive coaching in the corporate world as well as extensive experience working with coaches in the athletic world.

We love public speaking at Edge Mentality. We key note conferences, speak to teams and businesses. We have spoken on topics such as confidence, performance mindsets, grit, how to build a mental performance practice, feedback, motivation...just to name a few.
